Delivery Method
• Delivery by post
o Delivery time: about 3~5 post office working days, but still depends on the weather, traffic conditions, post office delivery status!
o Delivery time: Weekdays from 9 a.m. to 17 p.m. Delivery on six days, national holidays and after 17 p.m. is not available.

• Family Superstore to store pickup / 7-11 Superstore to store pickup
o Delivery time: After delivery, the general area will be delivered to the store in about 2 to 3 days. Depending on the weather and traffic conditions, the remote island may be delivered in more than 3 days.
o Collection period: Please collect the package within 7 days after the package is delivered to the store!
o Note: Please fill in the "correct Chinese name" for the name so that the clerk can find your package! If the parcel is not picked up within the time limit, or the correct Chinese name is not filled in, so that the parcel cannot be received, the parcel will be returned to the store by the super merchant. Yo!

Request a replacement method
If you receive the wrong product, please take a picture of the product and the label number on the outer packaging within 3 days of receiving the product, and send E-MAIL to the official website customer service mailbox [email protected]. In the letter, please provide the order number, recipient's name, mobile phone, replacement home delivery address, and please elaborate on product issues.
After receiving the photo, it will help you confirm and arrange the return and exchange as soon as possible, and reply to you within 1-2 working days. If you do not receive the reply, please remember to check it in the junk mail folder or click "Contact us" leave a message to inform us.

When you receive the goods, please check to make sure that the goods are correct, and there is no need to return or use the goods.
